I have an error code that comes up regardless of the devices I have registered. The Error code says that there are too many devices open but my account shows that there are no devices in use and haven't been for over a week. So how can I reolve this. Should I log out of all devices and log back in? Real pain if this is the case as it takes ages to put in account details and passwords on the TV's!

A bit of a long shot, you could try unplugging your router for a few minutes to see if that does anything?

Me too; am losing patience. Did you get it sorted?
Think I will be looking for another provider if this continues
