When I log onto my account for entertainment and movies, it allows me to log in but comes up with a red banner saying 'Purchase could not be completed'. Whenever I go on to choose something to watch in the NOW TV player it comes up with a error code of f2000 and doesn't play any of my selections. I've checked my payments and all up to date. Confused.

Is this only on the NOW TV Player @Anonymous User ?
Have you tried using the Windows App form the Windows Store?

It is the app version from Windows I am using on my PC.
