I ordered my equipment/broadband on 20/09/2019 and the go live date was on 04/10/2019 (13.00 - 18.00 engineer appointment).
I haven't receive the equipment yet and the engineer never showed up without even calling!
You know, it is not the easiest thing in the World having to wait for your internet, losing time and money and nobody is answering your calls.
Is it a bit unprofessional or it is just me?
Do I have to cancel my order with you?
