Entertainment pass not working

Once again I end up watching blurry shows on the entertainment channels. Normal TV and apps work. But all the entertainment ones; Gold, Sky One, Atlantic, Wild etc. Have a terrible picture. Unwatchable. Numerous attempts contacting customer services, System restarts, System updates etc are temporary solutions. Within 24 hours we're back to a terrible picture

What device are trying to use here?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
