Engineer

I have just join Now Broadband and tv. Do I need to have an engineer vist. If so, to do what?

Thank you - I have an active BT phoneline, so all should be well. Openreach are banned from my house! 🙂

Hi @rock4man 

 

Go to your online NOW account under My Account > My Broadband & Calls > Orders & Appointments and it will give you an indication of the progress of your order plus delivery update of the NOW Hub Router, plus this section will advise if it's a self install or requires a home engineers visit.

 

If you have an existing  BT phone line and a suitable BT Master Telephone Socket, then usually it's a self install.
