Engineer visit who pays?

Hi new to Now broadband so not sure if I can get any help here.

Had my new router set up since Monday and up till today all fine then to day no internet.

Did a check on it and it told me that I need to book a engineer visit which I have done.

Can anyone tell me who pays for this visit me or Nowtv.

Thanks for your quick answer John .

When we were with talk talk we had to get a engineer visit from them and it cost a small fortune so this takes a bit off my mind .
