My installation date was set for 13/08/20. I was home all day. No engineer turned up. Called customer service and was informed that there was an issue with the line. Was promised that I would get a call the next day to be informed about the next steps. Nothing since then...

Best to call back and at the same time lodge a complaint.
Now TV are unfortuantley the middle men as they will have to deal with OpenReach.
