Engineer sets up line - no router

A bright and cheerful engineer set up my service this morning on time, pleasant and polite. However, I haven't received a NOW router and can't use the service. I don't know what will take place - how can I check with NOW that a router is going to be delivered?

Normally the NOW Hub 2 Router is sent out 3 to 5 days before your live activation date.

 

If you go to your online account under Broadband & Calls > Orders & Appointments is there any information showing ?

 

Should you have by any chance a old Sky Router lying around, use that in the short term for broadband.
