Engineer not turning up

Engineer was booked to come between 8-1 didn’t show up no email/text nothing? Nowtv have no idea what’s going on! Will o have to wait another ten days to get Wi-Fi fitted?!

You need to call the broadband team, NOW are fully realiant on OpenReach to set you up and maintain the network.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

I have called twice they don’t know know what’s going on and I need to wait until 6 to call them again… just want to know if I will have to wait another ten days to get activated
