Engineer no show

An engineer was due to come out yesterday between 8am 1pm to activate ny broadband no show and now tv couldn't tell me much, dies anyone know what I can do? Thanks

Keep calling the broadband team. The problem is that NOW are having to rely on OpenReach sorting everything out.
