My engineer visit supposed to be on the 19th of Oct but no one showed up although I have been waiting all day. When I called them they said they are going to arrange another visit and they will either email me or by a call but neither of that happened. I am a student and my studies are online, cannot use my mobile data for a long time as it is expensive and slow. Started to regret choosing NOWTV when I had multiple choices other than NOWTV. Did anyone has the same problem as mine? and how long does it take until they visit again?
