NOW will not pick up your post from here, where the Community Forum is a customer's helping out other fellow customers on this forum.
I am assuming the Openreach Engineer needs access to your home to either fit or replace a BT Master socket or to update the wiring up to the Master Socket in your home.
If there is already a BT Socket already fitted inside the home, i am assuming you have already plugged in the NOW Router and waiting for the three green lights to show on the front of the Router which normally means your NOW Broadband is live and active.
Your best bet is to keep phoning the NOW Broadband Team until you can get through on the telephone number from this link page below.
