I had an appointment for an engineer visit on 9/9 in the morning and he didn't show up. I called the Now TV team (which is extremely hard to connect with) and they told me to wait. THe next day they called me back to offer me another engineer visit on 11/9 between 2pm and 6pm and i thought ‘well, not bad’. But it turns out that the engineer wont appear as well. It's ridiculous for a company to fail the faith of their customer twice. I took 2 days off froom work just to stay at home waiting for them. Who's gonna compensate for me? I strongly suggest you guys never to use the service of this company. Seriously.
Sorry I can't be helpful, I hope you manage to resolve your issue. But how did you get on the phone? I can't find a contact number anywhere. I just had an engineer who didn't have a long enough ladder, so he left and told me to rebook with the provider. But there's no contact number and my problem doesn't match any of the options.
