Dropped connections & low speed

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with their connection? When I left the house on Christmas Eve, everything was working fine. I got back home yesterday and all evening the connection was dropping and restarting a couple of times an hour. This morning, the connection is stable, but the speed has dropped from my average of 50mbps to around 20mbps. Don't know if it's just heavy traffic or something else. I'm in Flintshire, North Wales.

Assuming you’ve tried a reset to the router and hit the reset button for 10 seconds. Give the broadband team a call to see what’s going on.
