I never gone through the process myself, but my understanding (might be wrong though) is that if you are in a current NowTV 12 month contract than it's free (assuming that NowTV can offer their Broadband service at your new Home) or if you are out of the 12 month contract, they may ask you to commit again for another 12 months.
Your best option is to ask the NowTV Broadband Team directly yourself for an accurate answer.
