This company is a complete joke. I have waited for the broadband to be activated but without success.
I have tried to call on numerous occasions but there is such a long queue time and the music is hideous.

I called this evening and it took 23 minutes to get a person, then had to be put on hold and transferred to another department for another 20 minutes, it took me a total of 58 minutes to get my request sorted 😄

Hi Guys we are extremely sorry for the long wait times right now. We have a sale on at the minute whihc is hitting our lines hard but that sale is due to end this Thursday whihc should mean queue times will be back to a much more reasonable time. Once again, i am very sorry for the long waits and i hope we can make it up to you in the near future.
