Hi, I'm new to the Forum. Hoping you can help please? I am thinking of changing my landline rental and broadband to Now TV. But when I try to put my order through it says I need a new phone line and to set a date for an engineer to come out. This doesn't make sense to me as I already have a phone line and I do not see why this wouldn't work.
