Devices

I have 2 free slots on my account as my months wait is up but it will not let me add a device although it states at the top “add 2 more devices “?

Hi @Anonymous User

Sounds like a glitch with the NowTV Manage Device software with your account.

I would jump over to live chat, explain to them whats happening and ask them to reset all your devices on your account.

Then once reset, play some nowtv content on the devices you want to add back onto your account device list (maximum of 4 allowed).
