Yesterday I set up the entertainment pass and started watching a programme on an Xbox. All of a sudden we got a msg saying you have used all 4 devices. Only 3 were on my device list so went to check and it's saying I have 0 devices . It's been like this all of today also on my television and other Xbox which where registered

It seems to be a glitch on the nowtv system that is effecting Xbox owners.
Go to nowtv live chat and ask them to reset all your devices on your account.
That should then resolve it.

Thankyou, I've not been able to get it up on my phone so will try on my laptop now

Laptop would be a better option when typing, though live chat should work with a mobile smart phone.
If still no joy with live chat, try a different internet browser, make sure that your ad blocker on your browser is disabled and Javascript is enabled.
