Delivery of kit

My account mentioned that my kit arrived on 5 Dec but I don't get yet

Your router is being delivered by Royal Mail, which are striking if I understand. You should call the broadband team to see what if anything can be done.

I dont get my kit yet but you get 20 £ from my bank account
