Delay broadband go live date

I have signed up to Now broadband and been given a go live date of 18/05/22. I am currently with TalkTalk until 29/05/22. Is it possible to delay live date until then? It says at sign up Now takes care of the transfer but couldn’t see any option to change the dates. I will incur charges for early exit otherwise

If you have let NOW deal with the transfer then your Talk Talk service should be cancelled when your NOW broadband is up and running.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

If your contract with TalkTalk finishes on the 29th May, but you join Now on the 18th May there will be no ETF (Early Termination Fee) as you fulfilled your commitment to TalkTalk when you paid your last monthly payment.

If you don't stay for the whole month that is up to you. It's also handy in case there is a delay on activation, you will not need to get charged for exceeding your contract.
