Hi
BT have left an old pole in my garden, nothing attached to it
It is now in danger of falling
I called Openreach about it but they will only deal with BB provider
Anyone suggest how to contact the right person at NOW?
Hi @John3000
Here's a telephone number for the NOW Broadband Team on this link page below.

Thanks for the quick response!
Hi Geluk
I went down this route, BT arrived the same day but said as it is not an active pole (one with lines attached) they would do nothing (even though it is a condemned pole) unless my BB provider contacted them
Inexcusable response by O/R😡
Who's phone pole is it?
who owns the property?
if you own it ( the property) there should be a way leave agreement or similar
Its nothing to do with your service provider, if its Openreach's pole and it is dangerous then its upto openreach to make it safe, remove it, or replace it.

I thought the same, it has nothing to do with your current ISP. How long has it just been standing there unused?
Perhaps the local council would be interested, if it's a safety issue.
The big question is,. is whos pole is it?
plus
Who is liable should it cause damage?
and
Is it at risk of falling, or has it just been condemned?
Condemned could just mean Openreach ( or whoever s pole it is) have deemed it not safe to climb, and/or attach infrastructure to , poles such as this can sit quite happily for many decades
