Customer service

Well it has to be said that my experience so far leaves a little bit to be desired.

I have a lovely little router sent out to me and it makes a great paper weight.

41 days into the new mini series called my installation and still no installation 

Episode 1

Engineer never shows up

Episode 2

Engineer turns up cant complete as one of the poles is on private property.

Episode 3

Various reason given for delay all of course different

Episode 4 

Engineer never shows up (repeat)

Episode 5

4 hours spent on hold tried different options but everytime put through to installations I'm put on hold    your call will be answered in under 6 minutes, 30 minutes later still on hold 

Episode 6

Live chat very opologetic and promise to give me a call back the following day.

Episode 7

Following day arrive and the wait begins, guests what..  no call back so back to chat it is. Told that L2 are reviewing case today and promise I will get callback today.

Final Episode.

It's now 2050 and yep no call back
