Customer service is atrocious

I was due to go live on the 26th of June it is now the 28th and still nothing all I get told is wait 72 hours this is unfair and unacceptable no reason I had to chase up the by engineer to know there is fault with our line now tv didn't even know there was a fault I just want this sorted it's the 21st century everything runs of internet
