Continuously disconnecting from internet

Anyone else having issues with Broadband? 

Regularly disconnects but supposedly no 'issues' on the line. Tried to contact Nowtv but just get thrown to the forum or the VERY helpful bot. 
Router never seems to show any issues. However connection on all devices in the household. Very useful for when working at home! 
Just wondering if anyone has a had a resolve?

I'm having the exact same problems. Wifi intermittently dropping out all day, but technical issues finds nothing.
