Hi,
I have been a Now customer for about 3 weeks, Broadband and Phone only. During this time my link has been randomly dropping on a fairly regular basis. It does this at random times, but always in batches of 4 or 5 up/downs?!
The throughput also seems pathetic at times, although I admit I haven't checked it since the go live day, when it was broadly inline with my contract.
I have just spend 15/20 minutes trawling the Now Portal and chatting to their Bot, trying to find a phone number to talk to someone about this. Naturally they hide this and I can find nothing useful as far as technical solutions that I can try. After paying £60 installation and no engineer visit, I have to say I am very unimpressed. Time to cancel and try for a refund?

Using the link below you can check your line to see if it gives any information. What about doing a factory reset to the router (see below link for instructions on how to do it?

To have saved you "talking" to the bot and posting a new thread, there are endless threads with the broandband customer support number. Which could have been located within the last few threads on the forum. Like this one
