Constant error message, buffering, and not working with the remote unless it’s a cm close to the box

Hi, 

 

I have had my NowTv box for some years. 
i have over the last few months had daily issues with error messages coming up about connection when there is no other issues on my other devices. It simply throws me out. I have to unplug it and re plug it to get it to work. 
I also have buffering issues and on top of that the remote doesn’t work unless I am sat one cm away from the box?

How do I get a new box or stop this happening?
