Does the router have the ability to connect to a usb router using rJ45 to USB Type N 3.0 connector ?
I would like to make my old usb printer available to my hole household.

You'll need a "USB print server".
This will allow your printer to to be shared over your home network (i.e. you can plug it into an ethernet socket on the hub).
Something like this:

Some third party routers have this function built in, but I don't know if you can use them with NowTV.
Failing that... you can share printers connected to PC or a Mac, but of course you'll need that machine to be powered on for someone to send a print job via it.
