Connection with TV

Since the day I have been using Now TV Broadband, having difficulties with connection with my TV. I have used various providers and never had such problem. My children watch youtube on TV, max half an hour to 45minutes they can watch uninterrupted. I tried all the possible solutions but hey same old issue. Only 3devices use the service  mostly, and none download just regular browsing. Anyone else having the same problem?

My Account/Broadband & calls/Moving House.

Ring the number shown, see what they have to say.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
If you take an offer that comes with a ‘free trial’ of Boost or another Membership, Cancel them straight away. You will still get the full duration of the trial, and if you decide you do want to continue with one or another of the trial products, just revisit the Cancel, and UnCancel it.

Assuming these are all wifi connected, try altering channel/s router is using.

2/

Get a free wifi analyser programme; see which wifi channels most used in your

locale; choose least used/unused channels

3/

If a dual band router, give the SSID's for the channels differing names.

4/

5ghz channel, far less busy, but has less range round the property.
