Connection dropping

Hi, broadband has been pretty rubbish in the last couple of days, service disconnects several times a day and the self healing / connection keeps showing when the line goes off, sometimes it takes several minutes before getting back online. I am in Brighton at BN2 3LE. Diagnostic on nowtv website says that everything works well but this is untrue as I can count at 10 disconnections in last 2 day.

Try doing a factory reset the router indicated in the link below.

Otherwise call the broadband team after 8am to request an engineer visit. As the fault could be with either the router or the line as far back as the cabinet. See link below for the number.
