Connection dropping

My connection keeps dropping every 15 minutes or every 40 minutes to the point that its getting ridiculous i had slow connection in the past and was always fixed instantly as soon as i would get in touch with support, had an engineer here saying might be the router but nothing has actually been done about it, and now every single day internet just keeps dropping, i had bad experiences in the past with ISP mainly slow connection, but this has been the worst experience so far that my frustration has reached the point of me now searching for a new ISP

Same here been trying to ring last hour but saying they are closed even though they close at 8pm? Did you resolve it? Thanks
