Connection broadband

My internet is intermittent and really bad today how can I test my line

Try setting the router back to factory settings by holding the reset button for 15 seconds.

 

If all fails call the broadband team and ask for full investigation all the way to the cabinet. See link below for the number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
