Hi, I have Now TV broadband for over months generally without issues and week ago I started to losing connection at all during the nighttime(approximately at 21:30 to 23:30).
No connection lost during the day until it gets to the time I mentioned it occur often, before writing about this issue I've tried to follow troubleshooting tips in Now TV website, but there were no changes to the problem.

I'll be glad to meet an engineer to solve this issue.

Are you telling us that Now have arranged for an engineer to come out, or are you hoping that by mentioning it here, Now will arrange one?
If so, that won’t happen 😢
Now don’t monitor this customer to customer Community for issues, so the only way to get an engineer out is to phone Now Broadband, and specifically request one.
