My internet has lost connection and when I do a test it tells me they cannot help and phone tomorrow 8-8

Posting on here means noting when it comes to broadband as support NEVER come on and post on the forum. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

I don’t understand. You bought Now Broadband and are trying to use it after 8pm?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
