I have just moved into a block of flats and the broadband offers are showing, for my particular flat, that only the basic broadband deal is available. However when I check the other flats in my building about a quarter of them have up to superfast fibre broadband available. Can Now connect my flat to fibre too? I'm having trouble getting through to any sales person or technical help.
