It's 24 hours after activation date and our router is still saying 'connected without internet'
Everything appears to be plugged in and connected correctly but still no joy. Any ideas on what could be wrong? Customer service so unhelpful. Beyond frustrating...

Customer services should be aware whether your service has gone live yet, or not. Is your phoneline working? If so, if you dial 17070 do you get the correct number read back to you?

Just set my Nowtv router up and came across this problem on both WiFi bands.
"Connected with no Internet".
I don't use IPV6 here,only IPV4 .
So I unticked the IPV6 options and now have working wireless with Internet access on both bands.
