Connected to device can't provide internet

Hi my internet has been ok we joined now tv 2 weeks ago and today and WiFi says Connected to device can't provide internet. We have reset router followed all steps on now trouble shooting and still nothing. Anyone got any ideas?

No devices will connect.

What do the leds on the router show?

Now it shows Power green, internet green, wireless green. But before we turned it off it was power green, internet orange,  wireless green

If they are now all green, it should be working.

Try rebooting one of the devices and try again.

We have tried rebooting and unplugging and reset router and still says the same I just went on to run the test on now tv and it says broadband and calls no service. Reported at 3.30pm today but we didn't call until after 4 pm
