I recently got my box but cancelled my engineer visit. It won't let me book another visit. I called now last Thursday and the guy told me I didn't need to they where trying to "steal" my signal from BT ...but after the call I realised how could they "steal" anything when box wasn't plugged in. I have tried to install myself, which didn't work..can someone help?
