@Anonymous User have a look on 192.168.0.1 and see if it gives you an option to set a time. (password details are on the bottom of your router. It doesn't on virgin and I don't recall it on sky. Be careful changing anything, I would just look to see if it is available at first. You might be able to set it with parental settings. Otherwise a timer switch might work for you.
