I am very disappointed with Now TV. I am 88 years old. I subscribed to WiFi and phone with Now TV, was sent a date of transfer and received the hub - no problem. On the day of transfer nobody informed me about a delay. When I found myself without WiFi or phone I contacted Now TV, got a very generic answer - we are looking into your case. A few days later, I received an email from Now TV informing me that, they no longer are able to offer me their services!!!! How very disappointing, what a way to treat a new customer.
