Code

Having had to reset my box it’s now telling me to enter a 6 digit code but I can’t find where to enter. Any ideas?

Hi @Anonymous User

With your mobile, tablet, PC etc internet browser enter nowtv.com/ tv to direct you to the web page on your browser device.

When typing nowtv.com/tv in the url address bar make sure that it doesn't auto correct to a different web address.

Then follow the web page instructions and when asked enter the code you see on your TV screen.

You need to do this within 9 minutes otherwise the code on your TV auto refreshes to a new different code and you need to start again.

Did you manage to find where to enter the code Anne? I have an account already and reset my box and have a 6 digit code but nowhere online to submit it. They don't make it easy do they?
