Chromecast and NOW TV not working together

We have been casting the NOWTV app from iPad via Chromecast for the last month with no issues.  Now when we try and cast the content will not load and the screen remains blank.  All of our other apps are working/casting fine (Netflix, iPlayer etc.) and our internet is running at a high speed.  

We have tried reinstalling the app, using other devices and restoring Chromecast to factory settings but it still won’t cast the NOWTV app.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi @Anonymous User

This is a bit of a long shot especially that you have been using nowtv on your Chromecast, but is BT your ISP and are you using a BT Home Hub Router ?

If so make sure that the smart setup feature on the Home Hub is switched off.
