Check phone line

Our landline is not working. We cannot make or receive calls and our phone is showing the message: "Check Phone Line" which we have done. It makes the dialling tone but then cuts out. We have also reset our NowTV Hub to no avail. Our TV and Internet are both working fine so we are not sure if it is an issue with Now TV or the phone itself. We have gone through the steps suggested on the Help section of the website but this has failed to resolve the problem.

We are not sure of the best way to try and resolve the issue.

As you’ve done all the troubleshooting you need to call the broadband team. Not much we can do as we are just customers like yourself. See link below for the number.
