Change Default Download Location

I want to download movies onto my SD card due to running out of space on my galaxy tablet

Is it possible to do this?

or

I have found out that you can change your default download path by downloading a program off play store (ES File Explorer)

If I use this would it mean my now TV App and movie downloads would go onto my SD card instead of internal memory?

I’m guessing not, as NowTV want to be able to wipe that download at will, which putting it on a removable SD card would thwart, even if the download is keyed to your phone, and won’t play anywhere else.

But why don’t you just try it? It costs nothing to try, and you can probably do it quicker than I can write this reply, especially if you can find something very short to use as a test download.
