Certain websites fail to connect with timeout error, fine on other ISPs

Been trying to access this site to submit a visa application

Get

This site can’t be reached

indianvisaonline.gov.in took too long to respond.

Try:

• Checking the connection
• Checking the proxy and the firewall
• Running Windows Network Diagnostics

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

But as soon as I try round someone else's house, also on Now TV Broadband, but fibre, connects straight away. What could be causing this? Any ideas please? My connection is a standard connection, not fibre.

With my NOW Broadband Buddy Settings at age 18 i just tried the website link and found for me MS Edge wouldn't fully open the website page (it just hangs there about 3/4 loaded).

Where if i switched to Chrome the website fully opened no problem.

Maybe change the age rating of your online account NOW Broadband Buddy Settings and try a couple of different internet browsers.
