Just checked the UKTV Play App on my NowTV box and there is two episodes (series 1 ep1 & ep2) of Trial and Retribution on catch up.
Found it by using the search feature inside the UKTV Play App.
I am assuming it is the same TV Drama show you are looking for from the nineties ?
