Cannot connect to wifi

My Wi-Fi won’t connect it just says wrong password. On multiple devices. It normally works. This has happened before but normally tuning it off and waiting and turning it back on works. No such luck this time.

Most devices will "remember" the password automatically. Have you checked that the wireless password matches that on the router sticker/card? Have you changed it at all?

Yes I checked and no I've not changed it. This was with an iPhone and my other halfs android both doing same. Checked and reset everything. It wouldn't work then after an hour or so it started working again. It's happened before, maybe the router is faulty, worryingly trying to get help on the website just sent me here. No obvious route for reporting faulty hardware and no contact numbers unless I hit the I want to cancel link. Thanks for the reply though.

@1phil

Have you tried doing a factory reset to the router indicated in step 1?

Hi,

Yes I did the factory reset it didn't work after but started again randomly after I gave up.

I think the router might be faulty as it's happened before without any reason. My NOW TV broadband has been the worst I've ever had so far. Seems to be always playing up. Thanks for the suggestion!
