You should be able to cancel your NowTV Pass yourself by going to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here.
When you cancel a NowTV pass make sure you go through all the steps on screen (approx 4 steps) until you see the green thumbs up cancelled message.
Then go back to Passes & Vouchers where hopefully you will see cancelled in red text next to the pass you cancelled.
