I cancelled a week ago and it still hasn’t been cancelled. Keep being told it’s with tier 2 and it would take 72 hours. Can someone check what the status of my cancellation is as can’t get through on phone.

Was advised it would be cancelled yesterday and still nothing by email, my intention was to reorder but not going to bother. Yes Now tv might be cheap but it seems there is a reason for that.
Off to find a new provider not wasting anymore time with this company total shambles.
