Can’t find broadband cable in my flat

hi I’ve got the broadband router but I can’t find the broadband cable in my flat even if when subscribing I was told no engineer intervention was needed. Please help me

There's no socket in my flat, the landlord confirmed that an engineer is needed to set it up
